I got my makeup done by Vanessa D'Antone for the first time in September for a wedding.  I had conducted an online search for a makeup artist in my area and the search came up with a few people.  I looked at each of their websites and their photos and determined that Vanessa's were by far the best.  I called Vanessa and she was very friendly and helpful.  I was really nervous about the experience but Vanessa assured me that she was a professional, had years of experience, and only used the best products.  The day of the wedding, I showed up to her house.  Vanessa asked me what my dress looked like and the kind of makeup I was looking for; I explained that I wanted a more retro look- big eyes and red lips.  Vanessa knew exactly what to do.  The process took a little over an hour.  Vanessa used her airbrush foundation which looked amazing.  She applied false eyelashes and the perfect red lipstick.  When I looked in the mirror, I was shocked at how I looked; everything was absolutely perfect!  Throughout the night, I received countless compliments on my makeup- even better, the makeup stayed the entire night.  At midnight, my makeup looked exactly as it did at 4pm when it was applied.  I highly recommend Vanessa for big events.  I plan on going to her again for my Halloween costume makeup, and I hope to have her come to a ladies night before all the ladies go out.  She knows how to make a person feel glamorous and beautiful!

My daughter's wedding was of course, one of the most important events in our lives. Being in the beauty business ourselves, we knew how important it was to find an experienced artist to make us up on this special day. Vanessa knew exactly how to achieve the look we were going for," Old Hollywood" glamour. Not only was Vanessa extremely talented at her craft, but her ability to tie in the theme with our makeup application was, amazing! Vanessa did an awesome job on me and my bridesmaids. The make-up was flawless and it was exactly what I asked for. She was so well prepared and used only the best products. Hi, my name is Jenni & I first had my makeup done by Vanessa for my brothers wedding in October of 2010, I told Vanessa the colors I wanted to use, she was honest enough to tell me that one of them wasnt a good idea & I have to say I felt that was very professional of her! My makeup was amazing for my brothers wedding, I LOVED it!!! As soon as she was done & I looked at myself in the mirror I told her I need you in January for my own wedding! I wanted to have a classic look for my wedding & she achieved exactly what I wanted. I used Vanessa's services for two separate occasions. First was for my sister in laws wedding. So convenient, she came to my house the day of and did mine and a friends make up. We were going for a more dramatic sexy look. Our skin looked flawless thanks to her special technique using airbrush makeup and due to our request applied false eyelashes on both of us that looked amazinnggg. Everything stayed in place the entire night because of the products she uses on the face and around the eyes BEFORE she even applies the make up. Not one touch up was necessary through the entire wedding. Then the second occasion was my brothers wedding, Vanessa did make up for my sister and I. We were bridesmaids so we went for a softer more conservative look. My sister at the time had very problematic skin due to her pregnancy, and the airbrush makeup was PERFECT for her. I felt that I looked a little too pale so Vanessa mixed a few colors to use for the airbrush machine and it gave me a perfect natural glow. So happy with Vanessa's services and I garuntee you will be too!

Vanessa is a wonderful makeup artist. While it turned out to be the greatest day of my life, it didn't start out so smooth. There was a terrible storm, one of my bridesmaids passed out, and the church lost electricity! The one thing that remained constant all day was my makeup! Through the tears, sweat, and rain, not one thing on my face ran! Once I got up to the altar everything was perfect, but I have to say that Vanessa's work was flawless.
